Gloucestershire Royal Hospital er et akut distriktsgeneralt hospital på Great Western Road i Gloucester, drevet af Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
I 1912 begyndte byggeriet af en 149-sengs sygehus på Great Western Road. Patienterne blev flyttet til den nye bygning i 1914. Den britiske Røde Kors-selskab overtog vestfløjen til pleje af krigsskader i 1914 og østfløjen i 1915. Bygningerne blev færdiggjort efter krigen. I 1930 blev sygehuset overført til kommunen og blev kendt som Gloucester City General Hospital. Ved indførelsen af National Health Service i 1948 blev det sammenlagt med Gloucestershire Royal Infirmary, som havde stået på Southgate Street. Hospitalet blev genopbygget i 1960'erne og omfattede til sidst et nyt 11-etagers tårn, hvis arbejde begyndte i 1970 og blev færdiggjort i 1975.
