Wirksworth Station er en kulturarv jernbanestation, der betjener byen Wirksworth i Derbyshire. Det var den tidligere endestation for Midland Railway Wirksworth-branchlinjen, der forlod Midland Main Line ved Duffield. Linjen blev genåbnet som Ecclesbourne Valley Railway.
Stationen blev åbnet af Midland Railway den 1. oktober 1867. Stationen blev designet af Midland Railway selskabets arkitekt John Holloway Sanders.
