Warwick Hospital på Lakin Road i den nordvestlige del af Warwick, Warwickshire, England drives af South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Faciliteten har sine rødder i det hospital, der blev bygget til Warwick Union Poorhouse i Union Road i 1848. Hospitalet blev udvidet i 1857 og 1876 med en kirke og et ligkapel, som fulgte i 1883. Et nyt hospitalsbygning blev færdiggjort i 1903, og det gamle arbejdshus, som blev kendt som Warwick Public Assistance Institution, blev integreret i det nye hospital efter 1930. Hospitalet blev en del af National Health Service i 1948, og Public Assistance Institution stoppede med at operere som en separat enhed fra 1949.
