A312 er en A-vejr i England, der løber gennem det vestlige London fra Hampton til Harrow. Dens status varierer fra en lokal byvej til en stor motorvej i Hayes. En del af vejen er blevet omdirigeret for at give plads til Heathrow Lufthavn, mens en anden strækning oprindeligt var planlagt som Ringway 3, en af fire store ringmotorveje omkring London.
Vejen er delvist primær, delvist ikke-primær, hvilket afspejler dens status som en blanding af lokal og regionalt vigtig trafik. Den primære del af vejen, under navnet The Parkway, er en 5 miles lang motorvejsrute med hastighedsgrænser på 40 til 50 mph, der løber nord-syd fra Northolts Target Roundabout til A30 interchange i Hatton.
