Holyhead TMD er et trækkontrollager beliggende i Holyhead, Gwynedd, Wales. Depotet ligger på North Wales Coast Line og er på den østlige side af linjen, syd for Holyhead station.
Omkring 1987 kunne klasserne 08, klasse 45, 47 og DMU'er ses parkeret i depotet. Det nuværende depot blev bygget som et enkelt gennemkørselslager og åbnet af British Rail i 1989.
