Pallini station er beliggende i medianstriben af Attiki Odos motorvejen vest for forstaden Pallini i Athen, Øst Attika. Denne station åbnede første gang for Proastiakos tog den 30. juli 2004, med Athen Metro tjenester der stopper ved denne station fra september 2006.
Stationens peroner har to niveauer, hvor hver ende betjener tog fra enten Athen Metro eller Proastiakos: Proastiakos Kiato-Lufthavns linjetog stopper i den nordlige ende, mens Athen Metro Linje 3 tog stopper i den sydlige ende. Fra 2013 betjenes stationen af tre Proastiakos tog i timen til lufthavnen, to til Ano Liosia og et til Kiato.
