Sankt Johannes Teologen er en græsk-ortodoks kirke og et historisk monument beliggende i Chora på øen Kythnos i Grækenland. Kirken er dedikeret til Johannes Evangelisten.
Kirken ligger i kvarteret Panochori, nær Mazarakis Plads i Chora. Det er et typisk eksempel på kirkearkitekturen på Kythnos, og den er blevet klassificeret som et historisk monument. Kirken er i byzantinsk stil med et et-rums korsformet design med en kuppel, et træskåret alter, fresker og post-byzantinske ikoner. På den sydlige ydervæg, over den sydlige indgang, er der et vægmonteret solur.
