Belageringen af Clonmel fandt sted mellem 27. april og 18. maj 1650, under den Cromwellianske erobring af Irland, da byen Clonmel i County Tipperary blev belejret af Oliver Cromwells New Model Army. Cromwells 8.000 mænd tog til sidst byen fra dens 2.000 irske forsvarere, men ikke før de led tab på omkring 2.000 soldater. De fleste blev dræbt efter at være blevet fanget i en fælde af Hugh Dubh O'Neill den 17. maj 1650.
