Doolin Cave er en kalkstenhule nær Doolin i County Clare, Irland, på den vestlige kant af The Burren. Navnet er den angliciserede version af det irske navn Poll an Eidhneáin, som siges at oversætte til "Ivy Cliff Cave". Hulen vakte en smule kontrovers på grund af sin udvikling og markedsføring som en udstillingshule i det tidlige 21. århundrede. Den er nu åben for offentligheden, mærket som Doolin Cave.
