Pizzofalcone er en bakke i den italienske by Napoli og ligger i bydelen San Ferdinando eller Første Kvarter af Napoli.
På bakken, muligvis dengang bjerget Echia, var der bosættelsen af den Gamle By eller Parthenope i det gamle Grækenland. Den Gamle By blev affolket på grund af fremkomsten af den Nye By eller Neapolis ved siden af Echia.
