Bonassola er en kommune i provinsen La Spezia i den italienske region Ligurien, beliggende omkring 60 kilometer sydøst for Genova og cirka 20 kilometer nordvest for La Spezia. Pr. 31. december 2004 havde den en befolkning på 945 og et areal på 9,3 kvadratkilometer.
Kommunen Bonassola indeholder frazionali Montaretto, Costella, Serra, Scernio og San Giorgio.
