Magreglio er en italiensk kommune med 651 indbyggere i provinsen Como i Lombardiet. Kommunen, som huser kilden til floden Lambro, ligger i den såkaldte Triangolo Lariano.
Det er ofte et mål for cykelruter, både amatør- og konkurrenceprægede: Madonna del Ghisallo, som helligdommen, der ligger i slutningen af opkørslen fra Ghisallo, der starter fra Bellagio, er cyklisternes beskytter.
