Mezzegra er en tidligere kommune i provinsen Como i den italienske region Lombardiet. Siden 21. januar 2014 er den en del af kommunen Tremezzina.
Den ligger på den nordvestlige bred af Como-søen mellem Tremezzo og Lenno foden af Monte Tremezzo, med en højde på 1.700 meter over havets overflade. Den ligger ca. 60 kilometer nord for Milano og ca. 20 kilometer nordøst for Como. Pr. 31. december 2004 havde den en befolkning på 1.016 og et areal på 3,4 kvadratkilometer.
