Sestri Levante er en by i den italienske region Ligurien, i provinsen Genova. Byen ligger ved Tigullio-bugten, hvor floden Gromolo løber ud i havet.
En del af Sestri Levante ligger på halvøen Isola, som var en ø indtil det 11. århundrede. Dette har resulteret i dannelsen af to bugter, Baia delle Favole og Baia del Silenzio. Hvert år finder mange turister til Sestri Levante på grund af den attraktive beliggenhed og sandstrande.
