San Leopardo er en romersk-katolsk kirke i Osimo i den italienske region Marche. Konkathedralen for erkebispedømmet Ancona-Osimo har titlen af en Basilica minor og er viet til biskop Leopardus. Baseret på den usikre kirke fra Leopardus fra det 5. århundrede, blev katedralen for bispedømmet Osimo bygget i det 13. århundrede som en romansk kirke, der senere blev ombygget i gotisk stil. Yderligere indgreb fandt sted indtil det 20. århundrede. Duomo San Leopardo er klassificeret som et italiensk nationalmonument.
