Fontana delle Tartarughe er en springvand på Piazza Mattei i bydelen Sant'Angelo i den italienske hovedstad Rom.
Familien Mattei, som havde sit palæ på pladsen, gav i 1581 ordre om opførelsen af springvandet efter et design af Giacomo della Porta. Efter fremstillingen af bronzen af Taddeo Landini blev springvandet taget i brug i 1588. Ved skulpturerne af fire efebes, der sidder i identiske men spejlvendte positioner på små delfiner, blev der ved en restaurering i 1658 tilføjet fire skildpadder af Gianlorenzo Bernini eller Andrea Sacchi. Det ser ud som om efebesene skubber dem op for at drikke.
