Basilikaen Santa Giustina er en romersk-katolsk basilika i Padua, i den norditalienske region Veneto. Det er en basilica minor, som er klosterkirken for benediktinerklosteret Abbazia di Santa Giustina. Basilikaen er den største i Veneto og en af de største kirker i Italien.
Basilikaen Santa Giustina er helliget den romerske martyr Justina eller Giustina på italiensk; tilbedelsen af hende er i århundreder blevet fremmet af benediktinerne i Padua. Basilikaen ligger ved Prato della Valle, det store torv i Padua. Den stammer fra det 16. århundrede og har en renæssancestil.
