Basilikaen af Den Hellige Gr grav er en romersk-katolsk kirke i Barletta, Apulien. Stiftskirken i ærkebispedømmet Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie bærer titlen Basilica minor. Patronaget af Den Hellige Grav viser den tætte forbindelse til Det Hellige Land og Kristi grav. Den blev opført i slutningen af det 12. århundrede i gotiske-burgundiske former.
