Accademia degli Intronati i Siena var oprindeligt en gruppe af teaterskuespillere og forfattere, humanistiske lærde og adelsfolk, der blev grundlagt i Siena i 1520'erne. Dens borgerlige modstykke var Congrega dei Rozzi, som blev støttet af de sienesiske håndværkere.
Stifterne af akademiet var de seks viri nobiles senenses: lo Scaltrito, l’Arsiccio, l’Importuno, il Sodo, il Moscone og il Cirloso. En af de mest aktive lærde i den første fase af akademiets aktiviteter var Alessandro Piccolomini.
