Viktor Emanuel II. (Vittorio Emanuele Maria Alberto Eugenio Ferdinando Tommaso; 14. marts 1820 - 9. januar 1878) var fra 1849 konge af Sardinien og blev den 17. marts 1861 kronet som konge af Italien, den første konge af det forenede Italien, en titel, han havde indtil sin død i 1878. Italienerne kaldte ham faderen til fædrelandet (italiensk: „Padre della Patria“).
Han stræbte efter et forenet Italien, men Østrig, der spillede en ledende rolle i Norditalien, afviste dette. Men det lykkedes ham med hjælp fra franskmændene.
