Brouwersgracht er en amsterdamsk kanal, der forbinder Singel med Singelgracht. Kanalen markerer den nordvestlige grænse af kanalbæltet. Mellem Prinsengracht og Singelgracht danner Brouwersgracht den nordlige grænse af Jordaan.
Nummereringen af Lijnbaansgracht, Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht og Singel begynder at tælle fra Brouwersgracht. Mellem Brouwersgracht nr. 62 og nr. 68, ved West-Indisch Hus, ligger Herenmarkt.
