Zuigerplasbos er et naturområde på 290 hektar i den nederlandske kommune Lelystad. Området ligger mellem Hanzelijn i øst, en golfbane i vest, kolonihaver og sportspladser i syd og N302 i nord.
Under afvanding af Øst-Flevoland blev Zuigerplas skabt gennem sandindvinding til dæmningsanlægget. Rundt om denne sø blev der fra 1964 anlagt skov. Zuigerplasbos fik derefter en rekreativ funktion for Lelystad. Zuigerplasbos hører - sammen med Gelderse Hout øst for Lelystad, Hollandse Hout sydvest for Lelystad og Visvijverbos nordøst for Lelystad - til byskovene i Lelystad. Området forvaltes af Staatsbosbeheer.
