Poelestraat i Groningen strækker sig fra Grote Markt til Diepenring. Oprindeligt var det primært en shoppinggade, men i dag er det et af de vigtigste udgangscentre i Groningen.
Gaden lå i middelalderen - dengang kaldet Polstraat - fra Hondsrug til markerne i bunden af Hunze. 'Pol': højere beliggende grunde, også kaldet wierde. Ved udgravninger i 1989 blev der fundet vejbelægninger fra det 11. århundrede. Gaden nævnes for første gang i 1325.
