Station Apeldoorn er den centrale jernbanestation i den nederlandske by Apeldoorn. Det blev taget i brug den 15. maj 1876 med åbningen af strækningen Amersfoort – Apeldoorn – Zutphen, en del af den østlige jernbane, anlagt af Hollandsche IJzeren Spoorweg-Maatschappij. Denne linje, der blev åbnet mellem 1874 og 1878, forbinde Amsterdam via Amersfoort og Zutphen med Winterswijk, hvorfra der var en forbindelse til Tyskland.
