Hortus Botanicus Leiden er den ældste botaniske have i Holland og blev grundlagt i 1590 ved Rapenburg i den hollandske by Leiden. Haven har fra starten været tilgængelig for offentligheden, hvilket især i det sekstende og syttende århundrede var en undtagelse. Haven samarbejder med et stort antal parter, såsom med andre botaniske haver, herbarier, museer, universiteter, offentlige institutioner og foreninger af entusiaster på nationalt og internationalt niveau.
