Maritimt Museum Rotterdam er et skibs- og havmuseum i centrum af den hollandske by Rotterdam. Tidligere var museet kendt som Maritimt Museum Prins Hendrik. Maritimt Museum er siden september 2014 fusioneret med det tilstødende Havmuseum. I Maritimt Museums Havn ligger en stor samling af historiske skibe og terminaludstyr.
