Museum Het Rembrandthuis er et museum beliggende i et tidligere bolig i Jodenbreestraat, i centrum af Amsterdam. Mellem 1639 og 1658 blev huset beboet af den kendte hollandske maler Rembrandt van Rijn, som også havde sit atelier og kunsthandel der. Huset blev bygget omkring 1606 og blev ombygget omkring 1627, sandsynligvis under opsyn af Jacob van Campen. Det fik da en ekstra etage og en ny facade med et trekantet fronton. Rembrandt købte det den 5. januar 1639 for tredive tusind gylden. Efter hans konkurs blev det i 1658 solgt på auktion for elleve tusind gylden. I de efterfølgende århundreder blev det brugt som bolig og blev ombygget flere gange.
