Neder-Betuwe) er en kommune i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Kommunen har 25.061 indbyggere og et areal på 68,11 km². Kommunen blev dannet den 1. januar 2002 ved fusionen af kommunerne Dodewaard, Echteld og Kesteren. Mellem den 1. januar 2002 og den 1. april 2003 hed denne fusionskommune "Kesteren". Senere blev dette navn ændret til kommunen Neder-Betuwe. Kommunehuset ligger i Opheusden, men var indtil medio 2012 ude af brug på grund af renovering. Under denne renovering blev det tidligere rådhus fra Echteld i Ochten og en afdeling i Kesteren anvendt.
