Vlissingen) er en by og en kommune i den hollandske provins Zeeland, beliggende på nordsiden af udløbet af Westerschelde ved den tidligere ø Walcheren. Byen Vlissingen har cirka 33.000 indbyggere. Kommunen har 44.534 indbyggere og et areal på 344,98 km², hvoraf 310,84 km² er vand.
