Lelystad ) er hovedstaden i den nederlandske provins Flevoland. Byen ligger i Østlige Flevoland og er den største by der, men kommunen ligger også delvist i Sydlige Flevoland. De første beboere kom den 28. september 1967, og den 1. januar 1980 blev Lelystad en kommune. Kommunen har 81.208 indbyggere. Indtil oprettelsen af provinsen Flevoland den 9. januar 1986, var Flevopolder ikke provinsielt opdelt.
