Maasgouw er en kommune i Mellem-Limburg, som pr. 1. januar 2007 blev dannet ud fra kommunerne Heel, Maasbracht og Thorn. Disse tre kommuner har besluttet at gennemføre en frivillig kommunal omstrukturering. Pr. 31. januar 2022 har kommunen 24.036 indbyggere, fordelt over de ti kerner: Maasbracht, Ohé en Laak, Stevensweert, Linne, Thorn, Heel og Panheel, Wessem og Beegden. Maasbracht med mere end 7.000 indbyggere er den største, efterfulgt af Heel og Linne. Den samlede overflade af kommunen er 58,12 km².
