Bruinisse er en landsby i den yderste østlige del af kommunen Schouwen-Duiveland, i den hollandske provins Zeeland. Den 1. januar 2021 havde kerneområdet 3.775 indbyggere. Landsbyen er kendt som et fiske- og landbrugssamfund. I denne landsby bor der relativt mange små børn. Kernen af landsbyen er ringformet. Siden anlæggelsen af Grevelingedæmningen til Goeree-Overflakkee ligger landsbyen ved riksvej 59, som har tilslutning til A29 i retning mod Rotterdam.
