Heel ) er en af de ældste og største kirkelandsbyer i den nederlandske Midt-Limburg og er en del af kommunen Maasgouw. Heel ligger et par kilometer sydvest for Roermond ved Maasplassen. I 2021 havde Heel 4.440 indbyggere. CBS tæller både bydelen Osen og landsbyen Panheel til Heel. Begge har også samme postnummer som Heel. Fra 1991 til 2007 var Heel hovedbyen i den tidligere kommune Heel og før det for den af Heel og Panheel.
