Naarden ) er en by og tidligere kommune i Gooi i den hollandske provins Nord-Holland. Den 1. januar 2016 blev kommunerne Naarden, Bussum og Muiden slået sammen til den nye kommune Gooise Meren. Naarden har en lang historie, der begyndte omkring år 1000. Der er flere gange blevet kæmpet om byen i krige, i den 80-årige krig, i katastrofeåret og under den franske tid.
