Eijsden-Margraten er en kommune i den sydlige del af den hollandske provins Limburg. Den overvejende landlige kommune havde pr. 31. januar 2022 et indbyggertal på 25.855 på et areal på 77,4 km². Eijsden-Margraten er en del af det sydlimburgske Heuvelland. Den østlige del af kommunen hører landskabsmæssigt også til Mergelland; den vestlige del til Maasdalen. I Maasdalen ligger blandt andet landsbyerne Eijsden, Oost-Maarland og Gronsveld. Ved Eijsden strømmer floden Maas ind i Nederlandene. Lidt længere nede munder den overvejende i belgisk område strømmede bæk Voer ud i Maas.
