's-Gravenzande ligger i den vestlige del af kommunen Westland. Mod nord ligger stedet Monster, mod øst ligger Naaldwijk, og mod syd ligger Maasdijk og Hoek van Holland. Den sydlige grænse løber bag Staelduinse Skov og langs Middenwetering. Den nordlige og østlige grænse følger gamle vandløb som Vlotwetering, Monsterse Vaart og Poelwatering. Mod vest grænses 's-Gravenzande af en smal klitstrækning med Nordsøen bagved.
