Vledder er en esby. i kommunen Westerveld, i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Det ligger nord for Meppel og nordøst for Steenwijk, mellem Frederiksoord og Wapse. Vledder har, ligesom mange andre Drentske brinkdistrikter, en lang historie. I området omkring Vledder er der fundet forskellige gravhøje og urnefelter fra den nye stenalder. Der er gjort forskellige forhistoriske fund som stenhuggede økser, rav og urner.
