De Caumermolen er en tidligere vandmølle i Onderste Caumer i den sydøstlige del af kommunen Heerlen. Opstrøms ved Caumerbeek lå Caumeroliemolen, nedstrøms Oliemolen. Den første omtale af Caumermolen, beliggende i dalen ved Caumerbeek, stammer fra 1371. Dermed er den den ældste vandmølle i kommunen Heerlen. Historikere formoder, at møllens historie går tilbage til det 11. århundrede. Møllen var også ansvarlig for vandudskiftningen af den middelalderlige landsborg i Heerlen.
