Kinepolis Enschede er en biograf i Enschede med over 2700 pladser i 10 sale. Den 6. juli 2000 blev biografen åbnet, og de første forestillinger blev afholdt. Den daværende ejer CineStar-Kino gav biografen navnet CineStar. CineStar blev overtaget af Wolff Biografer. Wolff Biografer blev i 2014 overtaget af Kinepolis. Siden 2016 er Wolff CineStar blevet omdøbt til Kinepolis Enschede. Teatret har de nyeste projektions- og lydudstyr, væg-til-væg filmskærme og mere end tilstrækkelig benplads. De har også 3D-projektion via RealD-systemet, og der er én sal udstyret med en projektor med 4K opløsning.
