Johan Frisokanaal er en kanal i Friesland. Kanalen forbinder IJsselmeer via Johan Frisosluis ved Stavoren med Prinses Margrietkanaal, som tilslutter sig øst for Hommerts, lige nord for Koevordermeer. Kanalen er en travlt befordret vandvej, både for gods- og fritidsfartøjer, især i sommermånederne. Mellem Prinses Margrietkanaal og Stavoren krydser kanalen fire søer, nemlig: Heegermeer, som fører over i Fluessen, De Holken og til sidst Morra.
