Ter Pelkwijkparken er en park i centrum af byen Zwolle, opkaldt efter den overijsselske politiker Johannes ter Pelkwijk. Det er anlagt på den østlige del af den tidligere fæstningsring omkring Zwolle, som blev nedlagt fra 1790. Her opstod senere også Ter Pelkwijkgade. I parken står et mindesmærke designet af Titus Leeser for de mere end 700 zwollenere, der under Anden Verdenskrig omkom på grund af forfølgelse og vold.
