Bispet i Rotterdam er en af de syv bispedømmer, som den nederlandsk romersk-katolske kirkeprovins består af. Sammen med de seks andre bispedømmer udgør det den nederlandske kirkeprovins. Bispedømmet har siden 2011 været under ledelse af biskop Van den Hende.
På grund af den stigende sekularisering har bispedømmet for nylig været nødt til at reorganisere flere gange, og det er i 2008 endnu engang havnet i et reorganiseringstrajekt med titlen "sammen arbejde påbudt 2".
