Opwetten Slot er en tidligere adelsbolig, som lå i den Nuenense bygd Opwetten.
Historisk set var Nuenen en hertugby, og kom således direkte under Kong Filip II af Spanien. Han solgte i 1558 tre godser til ridder Rutger van Berckel. Dette omfattede godserne Nuenen og Gerwen, Nederwetten og Tongelre.
