Arsenal var et museum og maritim attraktion i Vlissingen. I dette museum var temaet pirater centralt. I Arsenal var der blandt andet en Piratpark og et havakvarium med hajer og rokker. Fra det 65 meter høje udsigtstårn var der udsigt over Vlissingen og Wester Schelde. Arsenal var en del af Arsenal-komplekset, som udover attraktionen består af et teater, to restauranter, en snooker- og en spillehal.
