Sint Maarten er en landsby, der siden 2013 har været en del af kommunen Schagen i provinsen Nordholland. Sint Maarten var indtil 1990 en selvstændig kommune. I perioden fra 1990 til og med 2012 var det en del af kommunen Harenkarspel. Landsbyen havde i 2021 omkring 1.865 indbyggere. Landsbynavnet skrives også som St. Maarten.
