Kirkegården Hoflaan er en kirkegård i Zoetermeer. Hovedindgangen ligger på Buytenparklaan og har et areal på cirka 10 hektar. Efter at byrådet besluttede, at den i 1956 taget i brug kirkegård Binnenweg ikke længere skulle udvides, blev det omkring 1974 besluttet at åbne en anden kirkegård i rekreative området 'nord-vest'. Kirkegården Hoflaan blev taget i brug i 1978. Indtil 2010 var der ved den gamle indgang på Hoflaan en kapel og en forvalterbolig, som blev revet ned i 2010.
