Ferielejligheden de Oude Brandweerkazerne for seks personer ligger i udkanten af landsbyen Mechelen i Sydlimburg. Ferielejligheden har fået sit navn fra det faktum, at ferielejligheden var en del af den tidligere brandstation.
I 2009 blev brandstationen ombygget til fem komfortable boliger. I begyndelsen af 2008 søgte Arno og Marloes sammen med deres børn bolig i Sydlimburg. I slutningen af 2010 blev projektet færdiggjort, og familien boede der i syv år med stor fornøjelse.
