Kostrzyn nad Odrą [ˈkɔstʃɨn nad ˈɔdrõ] er en lille by i den polske voivodskab Lebus. Byområdet strakte sig indtil 1945 over begge bredder af Oder. Efter Anden Verdenskrig kom den del, der ligger øst for Oder, med bykernen under administration af Folkerepublikken Polen, mens den mindre del vest for Oder forblev hos Tyskland.
