Monte Titano er det højeste bjerg i San Marino, beliggende i Apenninerne. Bjerget har en højde på 749 meter. Monte Titano har tre toppe: på hver af disse bjerge er der en af de tre tårne i San Marino.
Siden 2008 har Monte Titano været på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste, sammen med det historiske centrum af San Marino. Komitéen angav som grund, at det er et smukt vidnesbyrd om kontinuiteten af en fri republik siden middelalderen. "Arven inkluderer blandt andet tårnene, murene, portene og bastionerne i byen.
