Obelisken af Theodosius er det gamle egyptiske obelisk af farao Thutmose III, der blev genopført i Hippodromen i Konstantinopel af den romerske kejser Theodosius I i det 4. århundrede e.Kr.
Obelisken blev rejst under den 18. dynasti af farao Thutmose III, syd for den syvende pylon af det store tempel i Karnak. Den romerske kejser Constantius II fik transporteret det og en anden obelisk langs Nilen til Alexandria for at fejre sin ventennalia eller 20 år på tronen i 357. Den anden obelisk blev rejst på spinaen af Circus Maximus i Rom i efteråret det år og er i dag kendt som Lateran-obelisken, mens obelisken, der skulle blive obelisken af Theodosius, forblev i Alexandria indtil 390, da Theodosius I fik den transporteret til Konstantinopel og rejst på spinaen af Hippodromen der.
